Blinko

Your account data in Blinko

A plain-language map of the details involved in signing in, playing and getting help.

This is a product guide, not a privacy policy or a statement about legal rights, storage periods or every service that handles data.

Creating and accessing an account

Website registration asks for an email address, password and player name. A code sent to the email address is used to confirm registration. Signing in uses the account credentials you set. Password reset also uses an email code. Keep your password and codes private; support should not need either one in a message.

What another player can see

Your player name is used as your visible identity in player-facing features, including duels and invitations. Choose one that you are comfortable showing to other players. An email address is account contact information, not the player name to use in public. Avoid putting your email address, phone number or other private details into a player name or message.

Play, balance and transaction records

The account is used to show a balance and the history of money activity and duels in the product. A USDT duel can create stake, result and payout records. Deposits and withdrawals have their own status and references. The free Practice mode is a local AI game on your device, not a deposit or a paid match.

Support and contact messages

When you send a player-support request, you enter a subject and message under your signed-in account so the team can respond in that conversation. The contact form asks for your name, reply email and message; company is optional. Include a round or transaction reference when it helps explain an issue, but never send a password or confirmation code.

Ask about your account

Open player support while signed in to ask about an account, round or transaction. For a general enquiry, use the contact page or the public email address below. Describe what you need and provide only the details needed to identify the issue.
